Sophie Hill APRN, FNP-C, is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner deeply rooted in her community and committed to compassionate healthcare. Born and raised in Diboll, Texas, Sophie has been a local resident since the age of five. She graduated from Diboll High School in 1993 and embarked on her nursing career three years later in 1996. Sophie earned her LVN/RN from Angelina College in Lufkin, Texas, and furthered her education with a BSN from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas.

With over 22 years of nursing experience across diverse specialties including Med-surg, Women’s and Children’s Practice, Pediatrics, and Labor and Delivery, Sophie pursued advanced education, culminating in a Master of Science in Nursing degree and Family Nurse Practitioner certification from Walden University in 2018.

Sophie’s professional journey is underscored by a genuine dedication to her patients and community. Her philosophy of care emphasizes empathy, understanding, and a commitment to lifelong learning. Reflecting on her role, Sophie states, “I am so grateful to be able to serve our communities well and sick needs.
